My Approach

Gentle. Grounded. Lived. Trauma-Informed.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or advice that sounds good but feels empty.
What I offer is a deeply personal, emotionally safe space where your experience is honored, your emotions are valid, and your voice is finally heard.

Lived Experience Meets Professional Guidance

My approach is built on both life and learning.

I’ve navigated both short- and long-stay Schengen visas, raising children in a new country, painful relationship dynamics, identity loss, and the quiet work of healing through psychotherapy.

I combine that with formal training in:

  • Trauma-informed care

  • Somatic grounding and nervous system regulation

  • Non-clinical psychosocial therapy

This allows me to walk beside you, not as someone with all the answers, but as someone who deeply understands the questions.

Introducing My Work Through an Adlerian Lens

I don’t work to diagnose. I work to understand.

As a trauma-informed, psychosocial therapist, my approach is inspired by Adlerian psychology, a perspective that honours the whole person, including their lived experiences, emotional goals, and the need for belonging.

Like Alfred Adler, I believe we are not only shaped by what happened to us, but also guided by what we long for, such as safety, meaning, and connection.

In my practice, I support individuals who are:

  • Rebuilding their sense of self after emotionally one-sided or draining relationships.

  • Navigating identity and belonging after migration or life abroad.

  • Processing deep emotions without clinical labels, like guilt, confusion, or grief.

  • Reclaiming their worth through values, boundaries, and the power of their voice.

My work is rooted in compassion and clarity. It offers a space where you can feel seen, supported, and safe to grow in your own way and at your own pace.

Whether you are adjusting to life after a visa, recovering from emotional exhaustion, or simply longing to feel like yourself again, I am here to walk with you.

You are not broken. You are becoming. And you do not have to do it alone.

What You Can Expect

  • A calm, non-judgmental space where you can breathe, pause, and process.

  • Psychosocial therapy that is rooted in safety, clarity, and emotional understanding.

  • Practical tools tailored to your lived reality, not just theories.

  • Support that’s deeply human, not clinical, cold, or distant.

  • Guidance that honours your pace, choices, and inner wisdom.

I meet you where you are, whether that’s on the verge of a visa application, in the midst of a relationship crisis, or simply trying to feel like yourself again.

Who I Work Best With

  • Expat or migrant partners feeling lost, confused, or emotionally stuck.

  • Students or professionals are overwhelmed by identity shifts abroad.

  • Mothers navigating life far from home, craving to feel seen again.

  • Women recovering from toxic relationships or emotionally painful reunions.

  • Visa applicants are unsure about their relationship, future, or self-worth.

Not Therapy. But Deeply Healing.

  • I am not a licensed clinical psychologist or therapist. What I offer is non-clinical psychosocial support through trauma-informed counselling and grounded conversation. My clients have told me it felt just as healing because it was personal, present, and safe.

  • I believe that sometimes, what we need most isn’t a diagnosis but someone who truly listens and gently guides us back to ourselves.
