Finding Myself Again
IDENTITY, LIFE TRANSITIONS & RECONNECTION
Home / Services / Finding Home Within
When you’ve spent so long being everything to everyone that you’ve lost sight of yourself.

You don’t need to become the person you used to be. You can discover who you are now.

DOES THIS FEEL FAMILIAR?
You may have become very good at carrying your roles while quietly losing touch with yourself.
♡ You have become so accustomed to considering everyone else’s needs that identifying your own can feel surprisingly difficult.
♡ Interests, friendships, ambitions or parts of your personality may have gradually moved into the background.
♡ Your days may be full of responsibilities, yet you rarely feel that there is space simply to be yourself.
♡ Motherhood, migration, relationships, separation, work or another transition may have changed how you see yourself.
♡ You may not know exactly what needs to be different, but continuing exactly as you are no longer feels right.
There is still room for you in the life you’ve built.
THIS SPACE MAY BE FOR YOU
Finding Myself Again is for people who feel disconnected from themselves after a period of responsibility, transition, adaptation or simply spending a long time putting other things first.
People in Transition
Navigating a change in relationship, family, work, migration, identity or direction and wondering who you are becoming.
Those Feeling Lost in Their Roles
Feeling defined mainly as a partner, parent, professional, caregiver or the person others rely on.
People Who Put Themselves Last
Frequently caring for other people’s needs while finding little room for your own.
Those Ready to Reconnect
Wanting to understand yourself more deeply and begin creating a life that feels more aligned with you.
Let’s make room for the person underneath all the roles.
IN OUR WORK TOGETHER
Identity
Explore who you are beyond the roles, expectations and responsibilities that have come to define everyday life.
Needs & Boundaries
Begin recognising what you need and explore boundaries that make room for both relationships and yourself.
Values & Direction
Reconnect with what matters to you and consider what you want the next part of your life to reflect.
Self-Connection
Create more space for your inner world, voice, confidence and the parts of yourself that may have been neglected.
Couples sessions provide additional time for both partners to participate, slow down difficult conversations and work with the relationship together.

Person-Centred
Your experience helps guide the work.
Trauma-Informed
Safety, choice and pacing matter.
Culturally Aware
Your culture, migration experience and identity are part of the conversation.
Practical & Reflective
Reflection can be combined with tools you can use in everyday life.
HOW I WORK
You don’t need to reinvent yourself.
Finding yourself again does not necessarily mean returning to who you were before life changed. Experiences shape us. Relationships change us. Parenthood, migration, loss, responsibility and new beginnings can all alter how we understand ourselves.
Our conversations create space to notice what has changed, what still feels like you and what you may want to rediscover or develop.
Depending on what you bring, we may explore identity, emotional patterns, boundaries, values, relationships, self-expectations and practical ways of creating more room for yourself in everyday life.
Your journey doesn’t need a fixed timetable.

A REFLECTIVE COMPANION
For the space between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming.
Sometimes finding yourself again begins quietly. A question you haven’t asked yourself in years. Something you suddenly miss. A boundary you realise you need.
Short reflective letters offer gentle companionship while you reconnect with your own voice and consider what you want the next chapter to hold.
