Home can become something you slowly build within yourself, even while you're still finding your place around you.

DOES THIS FEEL FAMILIAR?

You may be carrying more than people can see.

♡ You sometimes feel caught between cultures, countries or versions of yourself.

♡ The place you live in does not always feel like home, even after being there for some time.

♡ You miss people, traditions, language or parts of everyday life that once felt familiar.

♡ You may feel lonely even though you have a partner, family, colleagues or people around you.

♡ You are tired of having to explain cultural differences or constantly adjust.

♡ You want to belong where you are without feeling that you have to lose where you came from.

Migration affects more than geography. Relationships, identity, routines, independence, parenting, confidence and your sense of belonging can all shift along the way.

You don't need to fit into a box to belong here.

THIS SPACE MAY BE FOR YOU

Finding Home Within is designed for internationals and people navigating the emotional and relational realities of building life away from what once felt familiar.

We can make space for what matters to you.

IN OUR WORK TOGETHER

Explore what “home” means to you now and what helps you feel more grounded and connected where you are.

Person-Centred

Your experience helps guide the work.

Trauma-Informed

Safety, choice and pacing matter.

Culturally Aware

Your culture, migration experience and identity are part of the conversation.

Practical & Reflective

Reflection can be combined with tools you can use in everyday life.

HOW I WORK

Support without rushing your story.

There is no single “right” way to adjust to life in another country. Your experience is shaped by your culture, relationships, reasons for moving, responsibilities, resources and the life you left behind.

Our conversations begin with your experience rather than assumptions about what migration is supposed to feel like. We can slow things down, understand what has been weighing on you and explore what may help you feel steadier, more connected and more like yourself again.

Where useful, our work may include reflection, emotional regulation, grounding, identifying patterns, practical coping strategies and exploring the relationships or environments affecting your wellbeing.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your journey doesn't need a fixed timetable.

There is no required number of sessions. Some people come with one focused concern, while others find several conversations over time more helpful. We can decide this together rather than setting a fixed pathway before we understand what you need.
